Welcome to Physio X Baldivis. By attending our clinic, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. Discounts may be available for eligible individuals such as Pensioner Concession Card holders, Low Income Health Care Card holders, children, or Community Partners.

2. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Most physiotherapy services are GST-exempt.

3. Consent

By attending an appointment, you provide implied consent for assessment. Your therapist will always seek explicit consent before beginning any treatment.

4. Handling of Personal Information

We collect personal information for purposes including treatment, communication, and account management. By sharing these details, you consent to their use in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, the Privacy Act, and the Spam Act.

6. Communication

We may use your details to send appointment reminders, newsletters, and clinic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at baldivis@physiox.com.au.

9. Payment

Payment is required at the time of your consultation. We accept debit/credit cards and private health insurance cards from approved providers. Medicare rebates may be processed on the spot.

10. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. A cancellation fee may apply.

17. Treatment Outcomes

While our therapists are trained and committed to your care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Physiotherapy is a partnership and results vary by individual.
